These are 3 tips to help form an unshakeable habit that will stay with you forever.
Identification 🪪
To build a habit, you first need to know what it is. Your habit could be as simple as brushing your teeth or as complex as learning Mandarin- the most challenging language in the world.
Finding time ⌚
To build a habit, you need to find time for it. You can create time for your habit by carving a spot in your timetable dedicated only to developing your habit. This spot can be just 30 minutes. Only 30 minutes a day consistently for a month on your desired habit will total 15 hours of developing your habit.
Repeat 🔁
By establishing your habit, you will start to see progress. Progress will motivate you to keep on doing and enjoying your habit. Eventually, repeating this habit will then make your habit an activity done without thinking.
