Hey Wisdom Outlet, this is a really good post! It really highlights some aspects of communication I still struggle with like eye contact and hand gestures. I do sales calls, so sometimes I forget how crucial eye contact is, even though I've gotten a bit better at it. Also, I have realized people are more likely to listen to people who use hand gestures. Keep up the good work :)
